Data volunteering and development
DataKind UK is extremely lucky to always have talented volunteers who want to spend their spare time and amazing skills making social causes more impactful. And we love your passion! But as a small charity, we don’t run any internship or employment programmes volunteering programmes a year, so unfortunately, volunteering spaces are limited.
Instead we’ve pulled together these similar organisations, communities, and opportunities that will help you to build connections, practise and develop skills, or volunteer your time and expertise.

Other volunteering opportunities
There are loads of other organisations looking for skilled volunteers. There might be smaller charities or groups in your local community that would benefit from your skills. Some of our volunteers have done work directly with community organisations, acting as an embedded volunteer to help build the skills and capacity of staff members and the whole organisation. It might be worth looking locally to get an idea of need in your area.
