Optimise the resources you have eg Which hospitals are we successfully working with, and who hasn’t benefitted yet?
We are a small team, so depending on the amount of requests we receive, it may take more time for us to reply to you. We will keep you updated.

We are a small team, supported by volunteers, so we can’t do it all:
Choosing a CRM and/or CRM migrations: we can point you to resources, but we are not experts in any particular tool.
Creating a theory of change: we can give you advice on whether the data you’re capturing reflects the outcomes you seek, but we don’t currently have the capacity to help organisations develop a Theory of Change.
Data protection and GDPR: we are not legal experts and cannot provide legal advice on data protection questions.
